These exotic mango varieties have a flaming red color, and their unusual appearance has earned them the name “Eggs of Sun.” The unique color is different from the yellow color of the normal mangoes. Miyazaki mangoes are graded uniquely and must weigh around 350 grams in average size and have nearly 15 percent more sugar content than other mango varieties. The mangoes can be as much as 900 grams in weight!

Before being exported to countries worldwide, the mangoes are subjected to quality assessment. Only the selected few are branded as the “Eggs of Sun,” denoting the highest quality.
