Sunlight

Bel Patra ka Paudha loves to be in full and direct sunlight. While the plant is young, keep it at a location that gets direct morning sunlight but stays protected from the harsh afternoon light. Once the plant matures and attains a height of 3-4 feet, you can keep it in full sun all day long.

Soil

The plant is not fussy when it comes to the growing medium and thrives in different types of soils, such as sandy, stony, or even clay. If you want the best growth, use sandy and well-draining loamy soil. For better fruit yield, the pH of the soil should be within 5-8.

Water

Water the plant only when the topsoil feels a little dry to the touch. Do not moisten the soil daily and also make sure that the growing medium never dries out completely as it will affect the fruiting and growth of the tree.
