  • Arka Keshav: Another long fruit variety with  18-20 cm long and thick fruits. This fruit has a nutritive flesh and fewer seeds.
  • Arka Shirish: This is also a long fruit variety. The fruits are very long and light green.
  • Pusa Barsati: Developed in Punjab, this variety has an average size of fruits, which are long and purple.
  • Arka Kusumkar:  This variety again comes with round-shaped fruits that are borne in clusters. These are small in size and come with a light green color.
  • Arka Navneet(F1):  The oval fruits come with dark purple skin and very few seeds. This variety is hybrid.
  • Pusa Uttam: One more variety that comes with oblong fruits that are big and comes with a pigment over the dark purple skin.
