1. Peel and chop the Tinda Vegetable into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
3. Add the onion and green chilies, and sauté until the onions turn translucent.
4. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.
5. Add the chopped tomato and sauté until it becomes mushy.
6. Add the Tinda Vegetable pieces and mix well.
7. Add coriander, turmeric, red chili, and salt. Mix well.
8. Cover and cook on low flame until the Tinda Vegetable is cooked, stirring occasionally.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.

2. Tinda Vegetable Stuffed with Spiced Paneer

1. Peel the Tinda Vegetable and scoop out the seeds to create a hollow space inside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
3. Add the onion and sauté until it turns translucent.
4. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.
5. Add crumbled paneer and mix well.
6. Add coriander, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
7. Stuff the paneer mixture into the hollow space of each Tinda Vegetable.
8. Heat oil in a pan and place the stuffed tinda.
9. Cover and cook on low flame until the Tinda Vegetable is cooked, turning occasionally.
10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
