Yes, all of our live plants will come in a hard plastic pot, filled with potting mix soil.
This is a rare situation but it can happen sometimes due to multiple factors. If this is the case, take some photos of the dead plant and the box and email it to us or WhatsApp. We will either issue you a full refund or send the plant again, whatever you choose.
Although we follow the best possible packing techniques to make sure this doesn’t happen, it can happen sometimes due to mishandling by the courier company. If that happens, please do refilling the soil by sprinkling it from the top. Maintain the same planting depth.
If the plant is uprooted, plant it back in the same pot and it’ll recover in a few days.
If it is a succulent, wait for a day or two before watering and keep it in a shady spot. If it is any other type of plant, water it thoroughly after removing it from the box and keep in a shady spot for a few days.
Sure, you can repot the plants in the desired container. But it is recommended to wait for a month after it arrives to let it recover before repotting. Make sure the pot has drainage holes in the bottom and sufficient depth for better plant growth.
It depends on the plants you are ordering. Houseplants and succulents are very easy to maintain and do well with less care.

Yes, most of our plants are pet and child friendly except succulents which can be toxic to pets. If there is a plant with minor toxicity, we will mention it on the product page.
