Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We also ship orders on weekends and holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We follow defined SOPs with our courier partners to keep the shipping and delivery charges low. We consider delivery zone for calculating the shipping & delivery charges. You can see the delivery and shipping charges easily on the product or cart page.

Shipment Location

India Gardening Shop ships to all cities in India. As of now, we don’t ship to foreign countries.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We have partnered with reputable shipping companies to offer you the best customer experience. Our courier partners include Ekart, Ecom ExpressXpressbees, and Delhivery.

Damages

India Gardening Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
